The skin texture and the lips are simply amazing! I really do hope you have some kind of tutorial on that ;). Other than than, there are possibly some too hard hair strands and the eyebrows are maybe slightly too dark but overall this is one of the best realistic digital painting I've seen, especially considering, that this was your first one :). You've done a beautiful girl justice ;).

I think this is absolutely fantastic, if I really wanted to give u constructive feedback I would point out that the skin pore brush bleeds under the chin; besides that is is perfect
